On July 29, 2015, more than 50 organizations, representing 500,000 patients, doctors, and researchers in the United States, came together to launch the AllTrials campaign in the U.S.
They join a worldwide campaign calling for every clinical trial—past, present, and future—to be registered and the results from it reported.
Why? Because we want to fix medicine and science.
The results of roughly more than half of all clinical trials remain hidden; trials with positive results are twice as likely to be published as trials with negative results.
How did the quest for these withheld trial results begin? Watch the story of AllTrials—the little campaign that’s changing the world.
More than 700 organizations have endorsed the AllTrials campaign, including medical associations, patient groups, scientific societies, and even pharmaceutical companies.
And over 89,000 people have signed the AllTrials petition, including patients and activists like AnneMarie Ciccarella and Gregg Gonsalves, as well as physicians like Dr. Steve Woloshin of Dartmouth College. All are featured in the AllTrials USA video below.
